Year 5 and 6 Seven-a-side Football
A squad of four Year 6 and four Year 5 children went to Sibford School on 3rd March for a seven-a-side football competition. This was a competition which we were invited to by Sibford, rather than a NOSSP competition, and gave the children involved the opportunity to play against different schools.
The children all represented the school brilliantly, demonstrating excellent team work and sportsmanship. All the matches they played in the competition were very close. In the end the team got to the final of the plate competition, which they lost narrowly.
The team also had a great time and enjoyed both the competition and the post match tea!
