Inclusion Manager

 

Dr Radcliffe's School are seeking a committed, skilled and enthusiastic teacher to lead and manage inclusion in the school from the beginning of Term 3, or as soon as possible thereafter.  This post is 0.2 FTE and could be worked over one day or two.  It will be paid at TMS or UPS.

 

Do you have experience and a proven track record in working as a SENCo? Are you also able to create positive relationships with colleagues, children and their parents in order to ensure high standards are achieved by all?

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

  • be fully supportive of the Christian ethos of the school;
  • have a strong interest in ensuring high quality provision for SEN children;
  • be a flexible and adaptable team player with excellent communication, inter- personal and organisational skills;
  • be committed to the school's inclusive ethos;
  • monitor and evaluate the provision for SEN and Pupil Premium children
  • be able use data effectively to monitor outcomes and highlight priorities for development as part of the school self-evaluation cycle.

 

We are looking for an experienced and engaging teacher with a dynamic teaching style who is inspiring and creative.  Excellent behaviour management skills as well as a pastoral understanding of the children are essential.

 

The school has a strong commitment to extra-curricular provision; we are an Artsmark Gold School, a Forest School and we have a Gold Kitemark for Sport and the Green Flag Award for Eco School. In addition, we were rated outstanding in our last SIAMS inspection. The suitable candidate would demonstrate a willingness to be involved in the life of the school as an active part of our team.

Site Manager needed for Dr Radcliffe’s School – Are you interested?

 

We are seeking a new site manager to work with our dedicated team of staff and maintain the high standards of the school.

 

This post will start as soon as possible.  We are seeking someone with an aptitude for repairs and maintenance, as well as someone who is happy to work as part of a team and react flexibly to the ever changing needs of the school.  There is also a requirement to undertake cleaning duties.  Experience of site management is not necessary, although this would be desirable.

 

Hours of work during term time are 7.00 to 9.00am and 3.15pm to 6.15pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00 to 9.00am and 2.30pm to 5.30pm on Friday.  There will be a requirement to work during some of the school holidays but this will have a degree of flexibility, and will be agreed with the Headteacher.

 

This post will be paid at Grade 5 (Full time equivalent: £18,795)
