Wrap Around Care

Dr Radcliffe’s Primary School provides an established inclusive before school and after school care facility. We welcome children from  4—11 years to play and flourish in a familiar and safe environment.

Night Owls After School Club and Early Birds promote  independence and positive behaviour. We ensure the children freedom and choice of activities and the location of our Samuel Radcliffe building within the school grounds still enables the children to fully participate in other school run clubs.

Our staff are dedicated, caring and enthusiastic about providing an enjoyable experience for all our children. Staff have appropriate training and qualifications such as QCF or NVQ in Play work, First Aid, Food Hygiene and all staff are DBS checked.

Our Activities

We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for our children and these are always expanding as we are able to increase our resources.

Activities include football, riding scooters, skipping, adventure playground, board games, dressing up, chess, Polydron, Lego and other construction activities, role play, a sand pit, a wide range of craft activities from drawing, cutting, sticking, painting, kinetic sand, play dough, chalk drawing, and many more. For the children who just want to chill out they can watch a DVD or relax with a book!
