Year 1 and 2 Multi skills November 2017
We were extremely proud of the children from Year 1 and 2 that represented our school at the Warriner Multi skills event on Tuesday 14th November. They had to do a rotation of about 12 activities. These included: throwing at targets, parachute games, jumping challenges, stepping over ladder rungs in different ways and catching balls of different sizes (including a crazy, bobbly ball that bounced all over the place!). We talked about our favourites at the end and they particularly loved the hurdles and relay. The children were so willing to try all the different challenges, persevered even if they didn't find it easy at first and encouraged each other to surpass targets! They all did brilliantly and Scarlett was particularly noted for her determination in all activities. We were exhausted by the time we got back on the coach but had enjoyed a really fun morning!
