Sportshall Athletics 21st January (Year 5)
On Tuesday 21st January, 20 Year 5 pupils went to Warriner School for a Sportshall Athletics event. Each child took part in a variety of track and field events, accumulating points for their team based on their finishing positions.
The children showed great teamwork in the track events, competing in pairs or teams of four in different relay style races and then had a go at throwing and jumping events.
The children had a brilliant time and represented the school really well. There were some great individual performances and it was fantastic to see the team all supporting each other and showing determination throughout. Well done to everyone who took part.
