Lots of children have been transforming old newspapers into bags! The finished bag provides an environmentally friendly alternative to a plastic bag and the process is fun and creative. When the bag is worn out it can be composted so nothing is wasted!
1. A box (of any size) is wrapped in newspaper.
2. The box is removed, leaving a bag shape.
3. Gift tags made from old birthday cards
4. The gift tag can be threaded onto handles
