Mindfulness in the Woods - Oct

During our forest school session on Thursday we took a moment to pause, lie on the ground, look up and be still. We concentrated on our own breathing and the sounds and sensations around us. We noticed the gentle breeze, the sound of birds and of leaves rustling. We could feel the ground beneath us and see the sky stretching up above. It was a wonderful moment of calm amongst the other busy, exciting activities we did in the woods.
