Skeletons in the Woods - Oct
Class 3 had a fabulous forest school session this Thursday. First we were challenged to build a skeleton using natural materials, naming and including as many of the bones we have learnt about as possible.
How many of these bones can you find in each natural creation?
skull, ribs, spine, patella(knee cap) femur, pelvis, tibia, fibula, ulna and radius.
After that we had our snacks and a free break, then took a moment of calm before having some time to explore branches, leaves, dens and the changing environment in our woods.
