Class 3 Projects
Class 3 currently have two projects on the go.
Last term we planted potatoes. The children are responsible for watering them and they are due to be harvested in July. Also last term we registered to be part of a National sunflower growing project. We are one of 429 groups who are taking part. Each child planted a sunflower seed and the children are involved in keeping a daily record of the temperature and rainfall and the weekly height of their sunflowers. This information is then uploaded onto a National database each week so we can see how our sunflowers are doing compared to ones across the country.
Watch out for the flowers as they continue to grow!
