As a parent of two children who have been lucky enough to attend Dr Radcliffe’s, I have enjoyed many years contributing my time as a parent volunteer and member of Friends. I subsequently joined the Governing team in February 2019 as a Foundation Governor. I am Vice Chair and sit on the Curriculum and Standards Committee. I am also the link Governor for SEND and Sports Premium.
My background is in Senior Management within the Customer Service industry, where have I overseen the strategic and operational performance of the Customer Service function within several large organisations. Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling, and swimming and, unsurprisingly therefore, am a member of a local Triathlon club, along with my two daughters. I also love walking, or running after our Cocker Spaniel.
In my role as Governor, everything I do has the children’s education and wellbeing at the heart of it. Whilst striving for excellence in all areas of school life, I want to ensure our wonderful school provides an engaging, inspiring, and nurturing environment in which our children can learn, thrive, achieve and be happy.
