Wellbeing Club is for children in Years 3,4,5 and 6.


Miss Majithia runs Wellbeing club on Monday and Tuesday mornings 8.15 - 8.40.


The club involves learning about mindful breathing exercises, yoga movements and postures, and guided relaxation meditations. This is a trial club for term 1.


Why should I learn about my wellbeing?

Becoming more aware of our bodies, thoughts and emotions can help us to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.  It gives us a chance to bring calmness, peace and balance into ourselves and into our day.
