Making Roman Bread - Feb 2015

D&T day

After learning about food hygiene and safety in the morning we followed a recipe to make Roman Bread. While it was baking in the oven, we tasted a range of different types of bread comparing their smell, texture, colour and taste and then deciding which we ones we liked the best. Our Roman bread tasted great and was one of the most popular of all the breads we sampled!
